I bring my life experiences, my training and knowledge to assist you in meeting your goals. As a Jungian my knowledge entails understanding the psyche which is another word for soul. As an aide to understanding the soul I published a book entitled, The Journey: An Archetypal Story, available on Amazon.com. It tells, in metaphor and image, the journey of the soul and its goal in fulfilling its life purpose on this journey we call life
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, (LMFT), with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology specializing in Depth Psychology. I use several modalities such as Family Systems, CBT, Imago therapy and I specialize is Jungian Psychotherapy and dream work. I served for 4 years as president of the C.G.Jung Society of North Texas and am currently the Program Chair.
As a Depth Psychotherapist I believe that it is our darkest problems that call us into the light. Individuals often seek therapy when they are confronted by problems that seem dark or difficult to overcome such as, depression, anxiety, relationship issues but these problems can call us to higher consciousness and greater psychological and spiritual health.
