My goal is guide you towards a deeper, more compassionate relationship with yourself in mind, body, and spirit.
I take a trauma-informed approach, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, life transitions. I also provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where all individuals—regardless of race, gender, sexuality, or spiritual beliefs—feel valued, heard, and supported in their healing journey.
