I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families discover relational patterns and behaviors that affect interpersonal connections in their lives. Maintaining peaceful friendships, effectively communicating in romantic partnerships, or navigating volatile family dynamics (parent/child, sibling, in-laws etc) can feel challenging. I am here to help.

Self-compassion, mindfulness, and curiosity can help individuals identify their values and goals while feeling more empowered and fulfilled.
