Supportive psychotherapy can help to address: new or worsening anxiety; depression or emotional numbness, heightened emotional sensitivity or irritability; brain fog/cognitive changes; sleep disturbances and fatigue; stress, burnout, or overwhelm; relationship strain/shifts. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in building a strong therapeutic alliance.

I specialize in supporting individuals through the mental and emotional impact of perimenopause and menopause. My work focuses on helping clients explore the changes they are noticing, make sense of emotional shifts, and develop tools for steadiness, resilience, and self-compassion during this significant life transition.
