At what point does the pain of coping with the challenges in our complex lives require us to reach out? When do you say "it ends with me but I need help to do this". I work with cycle breakers. My passion is to release individuals and marriages from the old patterns that often bind us to reactions that don't serve us or our hopes and dreams for the future. We want both comfort and tools to tackle anxiety and stress at work, at home and with family. We want to be responsible but not so overwhelmed we can't take care of our lives goals. Counseling can offer the space to connect to your inner world with intention and safety.

I have been in practice over 27 years. My interactive approach offers a creative and always trauma informed perspective to encourage growth and healing. I am pleased to offer IMAGO Relationship therapy for both individuals and couples as I pursue my certification. A diverse breadth of experiences will offer many options for your journey.
