My approach is warm and accepting. I have been "in all the places" in life and understand that life can be wonderful and sometimes very painful. I offer time tested tools that support reduction in trauma and support safety with in the session. I am trained in Imago Relationship Therapy for partners seeking to enhance their communication, Art Therapy, Family systems, psycho-education tools to heal from abuse and dysfunction. Counseling is an excellent place to align your values with your hopes and dreams.

I have over 29 years working with university students as well as inpatient and outpatient treatments. 60 years of lived experiences as a caregiver and parent informs my perspective. I work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, disordered eating and body image, caring more parents, coping with grief and self worth due to abuse.
