Transitioning to parenthood is one of the most exciting and challenging experiences. It transforms your mind and body in ways unimaginable and it can take time to get used to this “new normal.” I am deeply passionate about working with those trying to conceive, pregnant and postpartum clients, as well as those struggling to navigate parenting because, let’s be honest, it’s not always easy.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 14 years of experience. Before coming to Crescent Moon Therapy, I worked in community, long-term care and hospice settings as well as the public school system. I use a combination of varying therapeutic approaches, including Solutions Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
