Life can feel overwhelming when you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic health conditions, grief, identity concerns, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. I work with adults seeking meaningful change, deeper self-understanding, and practical support for life and it's challenges. My goal is to provide a compassionate, inclusive space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to move toward healing and growth.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs. I utilize CBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based therapy, interpersonal therapy, and trauma-focused interventions to help clients process difficult experiences, improve relationships, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting change.
Beginning therapy can feel intimidating and even scary, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. In our first session, we'll explore your goals, discuss what's bringing you to therapy, and create a plan that feels supportive, collaborative, and aligned with your personal growth and healing.
