I'm a trauma expert and Brainspotting Consultant and provide individual sessions and healing intensives in person or virtually. I integrate somatic modalities as well as holistic methods to access deep healing, far beyond the limits of talk therapies. Together, we will hold your wise system and all it's responses in the highest regard and appreciate all of your resilience and your system doing whatever it needed to protect you to survive. We'll access your innate healing power for your brain to reorganize itself, creating new neural connectivity to heal the no longer needed survival patterns in your nervous system.
I'm a Brainspotting Consultant and trained/certified in EMDR, IFS, (Parts), DBR, IPNB, MBSR, HeartMath, and am also a Reiki master teacher, intuitive healer, and have shamanic training. I offer deep, integrative healing in regular sessions as well as intensives.
You really can feel and live in a way that may feel impossible to imagine or be something you've never experienced.
