Utilizing my additional training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy we can help accelerate the process often in just 1-5 sessions.
I work with all genders age 18 up to 65+. I enjoy helping athletes, single parents/couples, men, and first responders to achieve a better understanding of self, prioritizing/balancing the demands of life/work, maximizing connections to their partners/children, handling traumas, and helping to open pathways for becoming the best version of themselves.
