I work with teens to adults helping one to understand how to work through the anxiety that comes with feeling overwhelmed.
In sessions, you will learn how to move beyond feeling stuck, so you can work to balance and change the way you interact with your world.
I offer a collaborative approach, using Client Centered therapy to incorporate your skills in the therapeutic process. In addition I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology.
