I work with teens to adults helping you to better navigate school and work expectations.
In sessions, you will learn how to move beyond feeling stuck, so you can work to balance and change the way you interact with your world.
I offer a collaborative approach, using Client Centered therapy to incorporate your skills and beliefs in the therapeutic process. In addition I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology. My office is located in Newtown Square and is a sensory friendly environment.
