I begin my work with you by taking a complete inventory of your life and circumstances, focusing on anything that might interfere with your path to good mental health. From there, I work to help you define your values and prioritize your mental health and emotional needs, while moving forward to more peaceful times.
I am well-versed in the area of ADHD and ran a support group for people who are considering that this diagnosis may be a factor in their lives. I also work extensively with people who have been cut off in parent-adult child or other family relationships. I am able to offer helpful suggestions to find peace of mind in the midst of this heartache.
