I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, the aftereffects of trauma, and life-transitions. If you are feeling hopelessness, despair, anger, or lack motivation, you are probably suffering from depression. Excessive worry and fears are signs of anxiety. Symptoms of trauma can include: panic attacks, anxiety, hyper-vigilance, anger, depression, and dissociation.
Psychodynamic therapy begins in exploring your life experiences, memories, and emotions in order to better understand yourself. We may do dream work which provides a broader understanding to your life. We examine the symbols in the dream and uncover unconscious patterns that may impede your potential.
I'm a Jungian psychoanalyst. I was trained at the C.G. Jung Institute in Zurich, Switzerland. This psychoanalytic approach combines mind, body, and spirit. It uniquely addresses your need for wholeness.
