Maureen has synthesized her training in Advanced Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, Chinese medicine, gestalt therapy, addiction, and meditation into an integrated and embodied psycho-spiritual approach to wellness. She's spent the past three decades developing and teaching somatic therapy, trauma resolution, and mind-body healing.
Your committment to self-development is a lifelong process. Maureen is available for regular weekly sessions, periodic deep dives, personal retreats, mini intensives, and concierge services. Individual sessions are 60-minutes to allow for experiential processing. Maureen currently practices through tele-mental health platforms and in person sessions.
