Are you feeling stuck? Are you struggling with boundaries or feeling like your needs are not met in your relationships? I work well with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, life transitions, struggling with boundaries or interpersonal relationships. I also work with individuals who have concerns about or want to address Obsessive-compulsive disorders.

First and foremost, I am here to collaborate with you and uncover what it is you need from counseling. I am a licensed mental health counselor, and I see clients throughout the state of Washington Idaho via telehealth. I utilize a variety of approaches based on your needs; I am Exposure and Ritual Prevention (ExRP) trained and use this when treating OCD.
