Utilizing a trauma informed and strengths-based perspective, I help clients with a variety of mental health concerns and stressors including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Substance Use Disorders, as well as grief and relationship distress.I also specialize in insomnia treatment utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia.
