As a counselor based in humanistic and relational cultural theory, I believe you are the person who knows yourself best. Throughout life, circumstances leading to disruptions in well-being can produce self-doubt, a negative view of self, and low self-worth. Even through these times, each person still has autonomy and the ability to make effective decisions that fit in accordance with their lives. One of my goals is to expand self-awareness so you can live in a more purposeful way that aligns with your values.
As a person and counselor, you can expect a warm, genuine attitude from me and an invested sense of care in your overall well-being. Throughout therapy, I offer compassion and encourage each individual to act in ways that are true to themselves with the notion of self-discovery being the key to greater authenticity.
At Expansive Therapy, we believe that high quality therapy should be accessible to everyone. That's why we offer an out-of-network program for PPO and POS plans. We do all the leg work for you—we check your benefits, submit your claims, advocate for higher rates on your behalf, and once you reach your deductible, we lower your fee to a copay between $0-90.
