I come to this work understanding that starting therapy can feel vulnerable - and you don’t have to navigate it alone. My approach is guided by the belief that everyone deserves to feel possible and how therapy should be a warm, collaborative and non-judgmental space rooted in curiosity and compassion.
I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety or trauma with a focus on providing specialized care for members of the LGBTQ community and those living with PTSD. During our initial sessions, we will begin to explore your story, together identify issues and build a living plan for getting back to feeling like yourself.
