I offer a warm, attuned, and grounded space for couples and individuals to study the forces shaping their relational lives. Together we trace patterns of pursuit, withdrawal, and longing, making room for new ways of meeting one another and oneself. In couples work, partners learn to speak what feels unspeakable and repair what feels fractured; individuals deepen their capacity to love and be loved. Rooted in psychoanalytic traditions, my approach weaves relational, attachment, and trauma-informed theory with somatic awareness, affective neuroscience, and mindfulness.
I pay careful attention to how early relationships, environments, and cultural narratives organize our expectations of closeness, conflict, and care. Using a liberation health lens, I help clients recognize how these histories echo in the present, shaping the choreography of intimacy, distance, and protection.
I believe that transformation unfolds within a therapeutic relationship that is steady, curious, and reliable. Through this shared exploration, couples and individuals encounter greater internal freedom, widening their capacity for intentional choice. This work strengthens one’s ability to meet relationships—and the world—with clarity and purpose.
