Hi, I’m Mattie! I’m a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and EMDR-trained therapist who genuinely loves what I do. I work with adults navigating trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, and stress. I’m passionate about helping clients feel more connected, regulated, and at ease in their lives and bodies.
I utilize a trauma-informed approach to therapy. I integrate EMDR with somatic work, mindfulness, and CBT. I place a strong emphasis on the mind body connection, because healing isn’t just something we talk through; it’s something we feel, process, and embody.
