Being vulnerable and sharing your story can be difficult for anyone. My goal is to connect with you and create a safe, nonjudgmental space where I am happy to walk alongside you on your journey. I recognize that you are the expert in your own life, and I believe in the inherent ability of each individual to create hope, change, and healing for themselves. I partner with the people I work with to support and empower them to identify meaningful goals, broaden and build strengths, learn new tools, and process and heal difficult experiences.
My approach is catered to the individual and is strength-based and culturally and trauma-informed. Affirming of all aspects of identity, I utilize tools from ACT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Humanistic, and IFS to help people explore their patterns, learn new ways of responding to problems and stressors, and improve relationships with both others and ourselves.
Everyone is capable of finding their own path and self-worth in the maze that is life. I strive to help people navigate those corners, and may encourage more self-compassion along the way as well as exploration of one’s values and one’s narratives. I welcome you the opportunity to explore your story and support you in pursuing meaning and joy in your life.
