Do you feel weighed down by anxiety or depression? Are you working through the impact of trauma or major life changes? Do you want support in navigating stress, relationships, or ongoing personal challenges? I provide a safe, compassionate space where children, teens, and adults can be heard and supported. Through play therapy, individual counseling, and group session and psychoeducation opportunities, I help clients process difficult experiences, build coping skills, and move toward healing, balance, and greater well-being.
My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can heal and grow. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and burnout, with a special interest in creatives, performers, ministry, and public-facing roles. I also offer play therapy for children ages 4–12.
I believe counseling is a journey we take together. My role is to come alongside you with compassion, offering a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with hope.
