I have experience working with individuals, and families facing trauma, anxiety, depression, marital or relational concerns, as well as work-related stress and anger management. I typically provide professional counseling to individuals who are experiencing depression and anxiety regarding work, lifestyle, or relational situations. I am also comfortable working with individuals experiencing trauma, marital or relationship problems, and workplace stress. I also treat individuals with PTSD and anger management concerns.
I welcome individuals in an environment that makes them feel comfortable and safe. I place a high value on careful listening, empathy, professional ethics, and accountability, giving clients a broad opening, such as “What’s on your mind today,” or “What would like to talk about today,” to encourage clients to discuss what is on their minds.
