Religious Deconstruction Therapy Group
This group is intended for those who are in the process of deconstructing from high control religious groups or any type of religious trauma. Choosing to leave a built in community and the certainty that high control religions provide is one of the hardest parts, along with all the questions you may never get to ask or explore. In this group, you will be with others who are navigating similar struggles with similar questions, examining what they want (if anything) out of the beliefs they were taught. You don't have to figure it out alone.
