Most of my clients are interested in creating real change in their lives. Whether they are reprioritizing themselves after years of people pleasing and self-sacrifice, establishing healthier relationships as they recover from codependency or isolation, finding sustainable ways to take action from their core beliefs, or restoring their sense of being okay in their own body. Whatever the focus, the folks who tend to work with me are ready to move past feeling stuck, ruminating, and hesitation into courage, conviction, and care.
The first step in making big changes is rebuilding trust in yourself. I provide a gentle, encouraging space to focus on building a solid sense of self, safety, and meaning. We might utilize IFS, EMDR, attachment, mindful self-compassion, or other frameworks but the driver of the work is the therapeutic relationship and building a space you can be yourself.
Ultimately, our work will lead to making changes in how you live and the life you build around you. We live in a challenging world and we were always meant to navigate it together. If you're ready for some support, if you're ready to start taking action, if you're ready to build a more aligned life; let's get started.
