I work with clients facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, identity development, and relationship issues. With specialized experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds—including the LGBTQ+, non-monogamous, sex-positive, and BDSM/kink communities—I bring a deep understanding of the unique challenges these groups may face. I also offer compassionate support for those navigating problematic sexual behaviors, as well as associated shame and guilt.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process, where it is my goal to provide you with the support and tools to navigate life's greatest challenges. I have an eclectic therapy style, but primarily utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic theory to support our work.
