I specialize in working with men who are skeptical about therapy, relationships that are barely hanging on, and individuals trying to get by while navigating painful family conflict. You don't have to know exactly what you want to work on, and sometimes that's the best place to start. Many of my clients come to me as they're exploring new aspects of their identity. Whether it is unpacking how to embrace healthy masculinity, adjusting to a life different from the one expected, or exploring LGBTQ+ or non-monogamous identity, I'm here to support you asking the tough questions and building self-compassion.

My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) — I am a Certified IFS Therapist and have served as a teaching assistant for the IFS Institute. IFS invites curiosity toward the parts of yourself that feel stuck, rather than pathologizing them. I also draw on CBT, psychodynamic theory, and relational approaches depending on the client's needs.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade working across business, government, and nonprofits — which shapes how I think about complexity and the real-world context of people's lives. For many of us, asking for help is the hardest step. Whether you're feeling stuck or simply ready to know yourself more deeply — you don't have to go it alone.
