Very often the clients I work with are individuals seeking to heal childhood trauma. I also work with clients struggling with codependency issues in relationships with spouses, friends and family. I've been a caregiver to a spouse with cancer and a mother with Alzheimer's so I can support you in caregiving. I can also be an added support to clients who are already in recovery doing 12 step work. And I often work with clients experiencing life transitions.
I can offer ART (accelerated resolution therapy, a more condensed form of EMDR) for PTSD reduction; psychodynamic approaches (inner child work) to heal past childhood wounds; CBT and DBT strategies for reducing anxiety and depression; and journaling and art therapies for life changes.
