As a licensed professional counselor, I initially focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship with all of my clients. I have a history of helping people with issues ranging from daily anxiety to chronic mental health issues. Throughout my practice, I have been fortunate to have a diverse treatment background that assists me in working with a wide range of individuals. I am experienced in working with adults, children, teenagers, and families. My training allows me to tailor my approach to the individual whether I am working with teenagers or adults.

Since the completion of my graduate studies at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, I have pursued two major specializations, assisting survivors of trauma and working with individuals suffering from chronic issues. I have received a certificate in Trauma Studies from Chestnut Hill College and supervision in psychodynamic therapy.

Everyone struggles and has difficulties in life; however, we all experience them differently. By putting the focus on your own thoughts and feelings, I am able to offer person-centered treatment. This approach helps build a foundation of understanding and acceptence that can lead to lasting growth and change.
