We quickly develop a plan, and begin to take meaningful steps forward creating hope and change.
My approach is to work alongside you, to support and challenge you on this journey. My counseling style is warm and relaxed. I utilize both a person centered and cognitive behavioral approach to support you, while we also identify and tackle the problems at hand.
