My role as a counselor is to come alongside you, to identify and work towards your goals together. Through the process of counseling you not only work to decrease symptoms, but to live a life congruent with your values, to be well. Whether you experience depression, anxiety, or some other barrier I consider it a privilege to walk with you in this journey.
