About
Dr. Vaughn provides full-service concierge therapy and life coaching for adolescents and young adults. Please visit his website at www.vaughntherapy.com for details. Traditional therapy typically follows the 50-minute session once per week format with usually no contact between sessions, which can make results difficult to achieve. Dr. Vaughn goes way beyond this to develop a deeper and more involved therapeutic relationship in order to maximize results. Building a truly trusting relationship, while encouraging and inspiring the client to “buy in” and enjoy the process and desire change is the first key.
He goes further than just focusing on “fixing” a mental disorder or behavioral problem. Dr. Vaughn helps his clients work toward freeing themselves from all mental suffering and the behavioral problems that stem from that suffering, and to become motivated to work toward ambitious and passionate goals.
Eliminating stress, anger, sadness, and frustration, while opening the mind to life-transforming insights is possible. He is dedicated to helping his clients discover a life of clarity, mental freedom, happiness, peace, and work toward goals they are passionate about.
