Got faith? Most of us struggle with the obstacles and challenges and we are in search of solutions. These struggles can be within yourself or within your relationships with those closest to you. The solutions that we try do not always work because we are looking in the wrong places. With faith in God, we can find the answers together.
I am trained in CBT and TF-CBT. I truly enjoy working with children and feel that children enjoy talking with me. The TF-CBT modality is a wonderful therapeutic intervention in that it helps the child and the parent/guardian/supportive adult strengthen their relationship as well as help the child and family move beyond the traumatic experiences.
