As a queer, neurodivergent professional with a background in special education, disability advocacy, and public health, I work with adolescents, young adults, and families navigating neurodivergence, anxiety, identity, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My decade in disability support and four years in public health during the COVID-19 crisis have shaped my passion for helping others move through burnout, systemic stress, and emotional overwhelm with clarity and resilience.
My approach is agile and client-centered, drawing from DBT, CBT, Gestalt, family systems, and parts work. I focus on what brings each person the most progress. Sessions are collaborative and grounded in compassion, always tailored to your needs and goals.
I aim to offer a space that is affirming and rooted in today’s realities—including the emotional toll of injustice and uncertainty. Together, we’ll identify what no longer serves you, strengthen your voice, and move toward a more confident, connected version of yourself.
