People often get struggle finding their purpose, I find great joy in helping people discover and move towards their goals.
Working with adults and families, I specialize in anxiety, depression, loss & grief and relationship building. I also specialize in couples/marriage and co-parenting counseling. My experience formerly working in a methadone clinic has given me a deep understanding of substance abuse and addiction. I also spent extensive hours in the Oncology Department.
I'm a dedicated and determined therapist. I grew up engaging in competitive sports and bring a team concept to our therapy. Therapy is only as good as the relationship between the client and the therapist. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is determined by trust and empathy.
