In today’s chaotic & heavy world, it can feel almost impossible to live freely as your authentic self. My hope as your therapist is to create a space where you feel empowered to move beyond mere “functioning,” and instead begin to embody what living a meaningful life looks like for you. Our work together will offer an opportunity to discover a new liberating path forward, to search for purpose amidst suffering. Together, we will develop new ways of understanding and answering life’s inevitable challenges, emphasizing your inherent strengths and resiliency.
I consider myself to be a Liberation-focused therapist, which means I strive to explore the ways in which we absorb oppression, and how that impacts our existence in the world. I have a passion in supporting the queer community, as well as folks navigating grief, self-esteem, relationships, perfectionism, life transitions, and body image.
I understand that therapy can feel daunting. It's normal to feel this way! Together, we’ll create a space where we can collaborate on ways you can begin to feel more at ease, empowered, and in alignment with your personal values, goals, and unique identity. I hope you'll reach out so we can have a chance to chat further.
