My name is Matthew Sniscak, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. Through identifying your natural strengths and emphasizing a solution-based approach, my primary goal as your therapist is to guide you towards finding your own truth and meaning, as well as meeting you where you are at through the process of self-discovery. My primary specialties and areas of practice include working with OCD, phobias, and anxiety related disorders such as generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and separation anxiety.
I love to work with clients who are unsure about how to approach uncomfortable situations, deal with intrusive thoughts, and genuinely are curious to learn about how to manage their anxiety in response to uncomfortable situations.
