About
Offices in Fremont and Santa Rosa: You can think of me as a professional guide for your personal growth. Most people seek psychotherapy from me to guide them through anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and self-improvement. The majority of my background is working with adults: individually or in group therapy. I also do preliminary psychological screening tests for some attention problems.
I believe the most helpful psychotherapy includes a genuine human connection balanced with the artful science of research-proven psychology. My approach to therapy has been described as interactive, focused, and practical, so that you make choices that are best for you in the long run and start feeling better as quickly as possible.
I have a particular interest in helping people integrate the seemingly contradictory parts of themselves in a non-judgmental way. That may include finding helpful perspective on your relationships, family, work, spirituality, sexuality, diversity, and culture. I look forward to hearing from you and wish you good mental health.
