With over 20 years experience as a therapist and a licensed mental health counselor, I have gained a variety of skills that allow me to effectively and mindfully help my clients. My goal is to guide my clients to become their best selves, live each day to its fullest, and acquire the strategies we often need to tackle life’s everyday challenges.
I provide therapy to my clients using a humanistic approach and a cognitive-behavioral methodology. I specialize in the areas of anxiety, depression, PTSD and ADHD in adolescents and adults, parent counseling, autism spectrum disorders, LGBTQIA+ persons, and family counseling.
I create a warm, empathic and accepting environment for my clients. My goal is to provide for my clients effective, meaningful and practical strategies for successful, fulfilling and happy living, as well as the necessary tools to conquer the days that feel more challenging.
