In my work at Innovative Psychological Consultants I know that finding the right connection and fit is one of the most important things in therapy and counseling. Others are looking for specific tools to help move them in a certain direction. We work together to figure out what will be best for you and how to get there.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults and am able to connect in a way that helps them feel safe and comfortable. I work with a lot of parents on how best to work with their teens and adults to address issues with anxiety, depression, and stress. I also have specialized training in working with LGBTQ populations.
