About
Have you been feeling stuck and wondering what’s next? Are you struggling to connect in your relationship? It can be difficult to recognize your needs and wants and to advocate for them. I love helping couples be more comfortable with vulnerability, better manage conflict, and explore how partners can complement one another. I have a special interest in working with LGBTQ+ couples and individuals. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, without judgment, and go from there.
I specialize in working with couples and individuals in areas related to vulnerability, intimacy, and sex. Additionally, I work with clients to alleviate anxiety, depression, and men's issues. Having worked as a school teacher for years, I understand how strongly childhood and family dynamics impact a person's lifelong development into adulthood.
Taking the first step to getting help can be the scariest one. Please reach out so that we can come up with your plan of action together and so that you (or you and your partner) can start living the life you want to live.
