About
***I am currently accepting new clients!!!*** I offer a unique approach to total health and wellness. I will provide evidence based interventions that include mental health services, coaching, personal training, nutrition consultation, and strength and conditioning. Evidence supports that there is a direct correlation between our mental and physical health. At Torch Wellness and Consulting, I have creatively developed a way to combine and prioritize mental and physical health in one setting. Torch is lighting the way and has revolutionized the most optimal path to complete wellness.
I use the theoretical orientation of humanistic-existentialism as the center to my approach to quality clinical care. The fundamental elements of this approach are meaning, purpose and poses two basic questions, “How is one presently living?” and “How is one willing to live?” This orientation is central to my approach to maximum health and wellness.
Empowering and inspiring people to feel safe while transforming their mind and body through counseling and personal health and wellness is my purpose-driven goal.
