About
Therapy is an opportunity to express yourself in a safe environment, to heal and to experience personal growth. I'm a warm and dedicated therapist with a collaborative approach and over 20 years of experience. I'll help you to make meaning of and more fully understand any conflicts and/or obstacles you may be experiencing. We will work together towards resolving those challenges by establishing positive coping strategies, identifying your personal strengths and helping you to see things from different perspectives.
I am a certified Emotionally Focused Therapist (EFT) for couples and hold a certificate in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. My work history has proven very effective in helping to meet the needs of my diverse clientele. I work extensively with individuals, couples, and students/clinicians seeking clinical supervision.
I served as the Director of Counseling Services at the Hetrick-Martin Institute for 12 years. I have held clinical and administrative positions with community-based organizations, hospitals, universities and was a volunteer supervisor with the Institute for Human Identity.
