If you’re tired of feeling anxious, down, sad, or lonely, consider contacting me to get started on reconnecting with yourself and your life in a more authentic way. I specialize in working with adult clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and trauma/PTSD. I offer a warm, collaborative, and gently challenging therapeutic relationship in which my clients can find relief from their symptoms, get to know themselves at a deeper level, and relate to others more openly.
I approach therapy by focusing mainly on emotions and relationships. I help my clients identify and express their thoughts and feelings, explore the ways in which they may avoid difficult issues, identify recurring patterns/themes that repeat throughout their lives, gain greater control over their reactions, and live more in line with their values/goals.
We are deeply relational beings, and when life gets hard, we all need others to help us through. I hope to offer you some assistance on your journey, and to help you become the kind of person that you want yourself to be. Often, making the first call is the hardest part, but with time, I hope you will be very glad that you did!
