We are a small therapy practice in East Lansing, MI, dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. We believe emotional well-being grows through meaningful connection, deeper insight, and practical tools that empower lasting change.
Our clinicians have experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss (including pregnancy loss, infertility, or other forms of reproductive grief), relationship challenges, eating disorders, sexual health concerns, life transitions, and existential distress.
We use a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). Some clinicians also offer specialized sexual health education and therapy services.
