I am a licensed psychologist with 15 years of experience. I provide compassionate, client-centered care for teens and adults who are struggling with a variety of mental health concerns. I have previously worked at several university counseling centers and have been in private practice for 10 years. My goal is to help you be your best self and help you feel seen, heard, and understood. I hope to assist in the development of skills you need in order to address your concerns in a safe and supportive environment.
I have completed specialized training in CBT, EFT, DBT, and client centered approaches. I also offer sport psychology services.
