As a veteran and former first responder, I have a unique approach to treating trauma, anxiety, and depression. I specialize in EMDR, trauma, and healing relationships. I recognize that addressing and dealing with emotional wounds can profoundly transform the way we connect with others. Drawing from my own experiences, I am dedicated to guiding individuals and couples through the intricate matrix of healing and interpersonal dynamics, offering a pathway to personal well-being and fulfilling relationships.

I specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, and depression with EMDR, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I offer therapy in a variety of environments to help my clients feel comfortable enough to share their concerns. Most importantly, I offer personalized support to navigate challenges, promote positive change, and address trauma's impact.
