I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been practicing for over 16 years. I specialize in the treatment and management of anxiety, stress, and anger. I utilize a client-centered, strength-based perspective, which allows me to effectively build clinical rapport and engage with my clients from the initial session. I work collaboratively with clients, enabling them to take those first steps toward self-improvement very quickly. I have great empathy for all of my clients and offer them my knowledge and expertise in helping them to achieve the therapy goals we set together.
By using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, I am able to help my clients with many different issues, including, but not limited to: anxiety, stress and anger management, and OCD.
