I work with individuals navigating anger, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, grief, and relationship challenges. I also support clients managing PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, body dysmorphia, domestic violence, and adjustment concerns, offering care in both outpatient and in-home settings. My therapeutic style is collaborative and rooted in evidence-based modalities including CBT, existential therapy, and person-centered care. I strive to create a calm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore difficult emotions and build insight.
