I am here to provide services to those with mental health issues. I work with clients who have anxiety, trauma, depression, and more. I meet the client where they are. I conduct sessions in a friendly and non-judgmental fashion.
I focus on clients with anxiety and depression. I help clients with coping skills and finding the root of the reason why the client feels this way and is suffering. I communicate in a laid-back and friendly tone. I have a gentle approach and sometimes use humor when appropriate.
I worked as an on-air radio DJ for 10 years. I have always had a focus on mental health. After changing fields, it has been a non-stop learning journey. The client and I work together to come up with goals. Sessions with be focused on the client and the present issues while tying to the goals.
