I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, Trauma and helping parents navigate their child's developmental diagnosis or other behavioral problem. I conduct CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), TF-CBT (trauma-focused CBT), ABA (behavioral therapy), solution-focused therapy, ERP, Gottman along with structural and strategic family therapy. I love learning about neurobiology and the effects that stress has on the brain. A client can expect to encounter a warm, compassionate, and encouraging soul who has a dry sense of humor and tends to address problems in a straightforward manner.
I love helping people access quality therapy from practically anywhere. I help people overcome anxiety and childhood trauma. I'm experienced in helping parents understand and cope with their children's developmental disabilities. I continue to provide couples therapy utilizing several frameworks such as Strategic, Structural and Gottman styles of therapy.
I believe that all people are inherently endowed with immense value and are treated with dignity and respect. I believe that with information and perspective, anyone can make better, more informed choices to live their lives fully. I use humor and straightforward approach to help client's realize what works for them and normalize the stress of being couples
