About
I specialize in walking with individual's who are struggling with pornography addiction or other forms of unwanted sexual behavior. I also walk with individuals who have experienced the horrors of sexual, physical, emotional or spiritual abuse and the stress that often follows. And I have a heart for journeying with individual's who are grieving and those who are struggling with questions of identity and spirituality.
So often, in order to survive, we do whatever we can to put one foot in front of the other. Eventually, though, the old ways of dealing with our wounds don't work anymore. Whether it's a panic attack, a pornography addiction, disorienting depression, or the overwhelming flashback of previous abuse, we can no longer deny our pain.
To be heard, to be known, to be held, and to belong are transformative experiences. You were created for beauty. You were created for freedom. You were created to be wholeheartedly alive! The brokenness of your life is real, but the beauty of your life is waiting for you. I would be honored to walk with you on your healing journey.

Matthew Mulder's Groups
Sexual Integrity Groups
A place to gather and walk together towards freedom from unwanted sexual behavior. These groups are highly relational and utilize narrative therapy/storywork to explore past trauma and the wounds that result which so often lead to the unwanted sexual behavior that gets in the way of our relationships and our lives. While accountability is important, I believe that lasting freedom from unwanted sexual behavior is only possible when we are willing to tend to the wounds of our past, surrender to the reality that we need one another, and risk being held, being known, and experiencing real love.
