My passion is helping people overcome barriers to living happy and fulfilled lives - both within themselves and in relationships with others. I have 10 years of experience working with both adults and teens conducting individual, group, family and relationship therapy. My goal is to provide clients a safe and comfortable space to talk about their problems, while also guiding them toward solutions. I am experienced working with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, and life stressors. In addition, I specialize in helping people overcome challenges in relationships, whether romantic, social, or professional.
I use evidence-based therapy techniques while keeping sessions simple and conversational. On any given day, I might help a young man dealing with stress and anxiety, a teenager being bullied and misunderstood by other kids at school, a couple of 20 years having marital issues, or an exhausted parent trying to understand their child's behavior.

Dragon's Guild - Social Skills for Teens
Does your teen struggle to understand social norms and interactions? Have difficulties making or keeping friends? Understanding the intentions or emotions of others? Dragon’s Guild is a therapy group using evidence-based strategies and fun role-playing games to help teens build crucial social skills. This 8-week group combines techniques from proven social skills interventions with the adventure of the tabletop role-playing game Dungeons & Dragons™. Through collaborative game scenarios, participants will practice skills like empathy-building, perspective-taking, teamwork, conflict resolution, social confidence and anxiety management, and more – all in the context of a high fantasy adventure.
